In Emails obtained by Judicial Watch via a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ Deputy Director for Clinical Research and Special Projects under Dr. Antony Fauci, Cliff Lane sent and received various messages concerning confidentiality agreements that were “tailored to China’s terms” [1].

Further, an email declares that information collected during an analysis of COVID-19 previously is “strictly confidential” and is only permitted for “STAG-IH Members” (Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for Infection Hazards) [2].

A Chinese investigative journalist also was in contact with Cliff Lane about “not consistent” numbers relating to early cases of COVID-19 between December 2nd, 2019 and January 17, 2020 [3].
